Refund Policy

We guarantee a full refund if the promised number of free Google Apps user licenses is not delivered within 24 hours of your confirmed order.

Please note that once the Google Apps credentials have been issued, domains are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are not available under any circumstances once the setup process has been completed.

Terms & Conditions

1. We sell unused domains that come with free Google Workspace subscriptions. We are not selling or re-selling any Google Products. We’ll not be responsible for any violation of Terms of Service (ToS) of Google Workspace after the delivery of admin credentials along with the Primary Domain transferred to you.

2. We’ll not be responsible for any incidence of your Google Apps account disabled by Google due to any violation of their Terms of Service (ToS). As you are the owner of the primary domain and got privileged with the super admin of Google Workspace account, so, you will be fully responsible for such incidents if occurred.

3. You will not be able to request support from Google because Google no longer offers support for these accounts as they no longer provide support services for the free edition of grandfathered Google Workspace.
